Job Title: Customer Service Representative – FMCG
Job Summary
- We’re seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the FMCG sector. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and social media.
- Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Sales Support: Support sales teams by providing customer insights, resolving customer issues, and promoting products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 per month.
