• A Degree in Economics Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Educational Management with bias in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics or Development Planning as a subject from a recognized University.
• Postgraduate diploma in Economic Planning or Economic Development or Project Preparation from a recognized University or Institution.
• Evidence of NYSC discharge certificate, Exemption or Exclusion letter.
