Job Title: Social Media Personnel / Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Design posts, stories, reels, and banners that match the brand’s tone.
• Engage with followers and relevant accounts to grow audience organically.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Design engaging graphics for social media, ads, campaigns, and digital marketing.
• Create animated graphics (GIFs, motion graphics, simple video).
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the community in a timely and professional manner.
• Edit photos and retouch images when needed.
• Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align design with campaign objectives.
• Handle multiple design tasks with deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files and backups.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or any relating field.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into content strategy.
• 2 yrs+ working experience in graphic design, and social media content creation.
• Proven track record managing or designing for social media accounts.
• Experience with brand consistency and visual identity development.
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management, attention to details, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing trends and feedback.
• Knowledge of SEO basics and content optimization.
• Experience in running paid social media ads.
• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly (non-negotiable).
