Job Title: Social Media Assistant

Job Overview

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team in the real estate.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for content, community building, and brand engagement.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across multiple platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Plan and manage social media calendars and publishing schedules.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and marketing team members to maintain consistent branding.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in media or advertising industry is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

Salary
N180,000 per month.
