Job Title: HSE Coordinator
Job Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Coordinator to join their team in Victoria Island.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the company’s internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Lead safety training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance and compliance.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies on HSE matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years relevant HSE experience in the Oil & Gas sector (Upstream preferred).
- Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian HSE regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Salary
N500,000 Net monthly.
