About the Role

• We are a dynamic real estate firm seeking a highly motivated Property Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Lagos.
• In this pivotal role, you will be the key liaison between our company and property owners, driving the identification, negotiation, and acquisition of properties for our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable properties for acquisition that align with the company’s client demands and investment strategies.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential properties, assessing market value, legal status, and other relevant factors.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for property purchases with owners, ensuring optimal outcomes for the company.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and property owners throughout the acquisition process.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential properties and owner contacts.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience in property acquisition, real estate sales, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Excellent understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
• Ability to conduct effective property research and due diligence.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• A strong network within the Lagos property market is a significant advantage.

Salary
N250,000 (NET) Monthly.
