Job Title: Supervisor, CCC, Outbound 

Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the consultants to drive outbound sales activities in fulfilment to achieve sales targets and the strategic goals for customer acquisition.
• The Outbound supervisor will cater to our African China customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage our African China customers to entrench existing customers, onboard new customers and provide necessary support as may be required.
• Lead and supervise a team of outbound telesales consultants to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to drive customer engagement and sales conversions.
• Act as the first line of escalation for all related customer queries/complaints
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all telesales activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a First Degree
• Minimum of 2 years Operational and Customer Service experience, Result Oriented
• Proficiency in the use of English and Mandarin languages is an added advantage
