Job Title: Sales and Marketing Head
Position Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Head to lead our client’s growth strategy in the EdTech sector.
- This role will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated sales and marketing initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition, expand market reach, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, proven leadership experience, and a strong understanding of the education technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and inspire high-performing sales and marketing teams with a focus on accountability, performance, and innovation.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, particularly within the B2B (schools) segment, and establish strong strategic partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Drive high-impact negotiations and close key deals that contribute to business scalability and profitability.
- Monitor and report on key sales and marketing KPIs, providing insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer success teams to align initiatives and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the EdTech or broader education sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving measurable revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of educational technologies and customer dynamics in the education industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client relationship management and partnership development capabilities.
