Job Title: Procurement / F&B Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Source and procure food and beverages from approved suppliers.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise food and beverage staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Implement cost control measures to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in procurement, hospitality, or related field.
- Experience with inventory management software and excellent knowlegde in microsoft office use (Excel)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Salary
N250,000 – N400,000 / month.
