Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Recruit and build Sales/Marketing team.
- Lead and manage the sales/ Marketers team
- Provide market analysis and pricing recommendations.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
Requirements
- Valid real estate license.
- Previous experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
