Job Title: Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies that drive financial results and customer satisfaction
- Identify new markets and customer needs through strategic research
- Schedule and lead business meetings with prospects
- Promote our IT and ERP solutions including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Office365, Cloud Hosting, and Software Development Projects
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Draft and manage sales contracts aligned with legal standards
- Mentor junior sales staff into top performers
Requirements
- A BSc / BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development or Sales
- Proven track record in IT solution and ERP sales
- Strong background in customer support and B2B sales
- Experience selling to mid-to-large size businesses and government clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills.
Salary
N400,000 Gross + HMO + Commission.
