Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire a results-driven and persuasive Field Marketer to promote its range of high-quality supplements across Lagos Island.
• The ideal candidate must be familiar with the local terrain, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to convert prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s health and wellness supplement products across various areas of Lagos Island
• Identify potential customers through field activation, market visits, and local outreach
• Drive brand awareness via face-to-face marketing, direct sales, and engagement on social platforms
• Execute local market penetration strategies and grow the customer base
• Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals
• Report on sales progress, market intelligence, and customer feedback regularly
• Uphold the brand image and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree 
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field marketing or direct sales, preferably in the health, beauty, or wellness sector
• Must reside on Lagos Island and possess in-depth knowledge of its neighborhoods, markets, and consumer hotspots
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in closing sales
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in public interactions.
