Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.
• This role involves supporting HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support employee relations and resolve HR-related issues
• Assist with performance appraisal processes and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
