Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic team.
• This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about human resources, who pays attention to details and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, hotnigerian jobs etc.)
• Support recruiters in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Prepare recruitment-related reports and documentation
• Help draft and post job advertisements
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications and Skills

• HND/BSc in HR, Business Administration,or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience or internship in HR/recruitment is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
