Job Title: Architect

Job Summary

• As the Architect, you will be responsible for leading all phases of architectural projects, from initial concept development and client engagement through to construction administration and project completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural designs and concepts for various projects
• Prepare drawings, models, and detailed construction documentation
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained
• Work on design development, presentations, and rendering for client approvals

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 0-2 years of proven experience in an architectural role
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign).

Salary
NGN150,000 – NGN250,000 / Month.
