Job Title: Real Estate Investment Manager

Role Overview

• The Investment Manager will lead fundraising efforts, manage investor relations, and structure financial deals to drive the company’s growth. The Investment Manager will represent the company to both institutional and high-net-worth investors, providing strategic insight into investment opportunities and ensuring capital flow aligns with project timelines and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Capital Sourcing:

• Lead efforts to raise debt and equity capital for real estate projects.
• Identify and approach potential investors (private individuals, institutional partners etc.)
• Prepare and deliver compelling investment pitches, proposals, and presentations.

Financial Structuring:

• Structure and negotiate investment terms, joint ventures, and partnerships.
• Support project financing strategy and capital stack structuring.

Investor Relations:

• Serve as the key point of contact for all investor communications.
• Manage reporting, updates, and performance tracking for investors.
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Financial Advisory & Strategy:

• Provide financial insights to guide executive decision-making.
• Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and risk assessment.
• Track financial performance and monitor return on investment across projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, legal, development) to align financial and business strategies.
• Ensure that financial objectives are seamlessly integrated into the company’s broader goals.

Requirements

• HND / BSc. Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or real estate finance.
• Proven track record in raising capital and managing investor relationships.
• Strong financial modeling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of real estate markets and investment structuring.
• Professional presence and the ability to inspire confidence with high-net-worth individuals and partners.

Salary
N650,000 – N1,000,000 / month.
