Job Title: Factory Admin Staff
Key Responsibilities
- State daily on the company internal chats activities and work plans to be achieved daily.
- Ensure all activities are aligned with the policies and objectives of the organization. No decision or activity will be carried without a prior authorization on the group.
- Develop and implement admin budgets for facility supplies ensure work plan developed is aligned with Operations and set targets
- Ensure consistent and accurate data reporting in conformance with business processes – internal EXPENCE, AUDIT FILE, WHATSAPP.
- Attend to customer enquiries on WhatsApp and by phone-call.
- Take bi-monthly assessments/audits of departments and staff performance against the business goals and plans.
- Perform human resource activities including but not limited to; hiring, evaluating performance, discipline for staff, motivate through positive feedback.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Developing growth strategies and business proposals to generate revenue. Attend to existing clients and source new clients to increase revenue.
- Be always polite and helpful to clients. Manage existing client relationships – B2B, B2B2C, B2C and develop strategies for client retention as well
- Manage and oversee the distribution and supply of products to clients using the approved delivery and distribution model.
- Ensure cost effective measures of buying facility materials and supply for the factory.
- Document according to our files all costs and stock inventory reports.
- Attend to any other tasks given to you by the PM.
Person Specification
- Must possess minimum of HND in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance.
- 2 years experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a Team Player and have Administrative Skills.
Salary and Benefits
- N110,000 Net Salary
