Job Title: Sales Representative (Team Manager)

Summary

• The Team Manager / Sales Representative is responsible for managing the operations, sales, and sponsorship functions of an assigned centre within HTT Academy.
• This role involves player registration, centre coordination, community engagement, and the securing of sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring overall growth and sustainability of the academy in their locality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training sessions, matches, player attendance, and coaching schedules.
• Ensure player discipline and uphold academy policies and conduct.
• Promote academy programs to prospective parents and local communities.
• Achieve monthly enrolment targets and track registration metrics.
• Identify, contact, and follow up with potential sponsors and partners.
• Submit daily/weekly reports to the Head of Business Operations.
• Submit letters to potential sponsors and work closely with the Head of Operations and Sponsorship Manager.
• Manage centre revenue, registration payments, and documentation.
• Respond to parent enquiries and maintain sponsor relationships.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained properly.

Qualifications & Skills

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or a related field.
• 1 – 3 years experience in sales, sponsorship, or youth program coordination.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and engage the local community.
• Strong organizational skills and reporting accuracy.
