Job Title: Finance Senior Associate

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Senior Associate to lead and support core accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance processes.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to improving financial systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS and relevant accounting standards.
• Oversee general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure tax compliance and coordinate statutory filings with regulatory bodies.
• Supervise audit processes and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Implement and improve internal controls, risk management, and financial policies.
• Provide strategic financial insights to management and support cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial laws and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 8 – 12 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial roles.
• ACA (ICAN certification) is required.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and Nigerian financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to integrity and confidentiality.

Salary
N900,000 Monthly.
