Job Title: Manager, Marketing and Sales
Job Summary
- We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-oriented Manager, Marketing and Sales with strong personal & professional integrity to join the dynamic team in our Nile Digital Education Team (Lagos Branch).
Responsibilities
- The Manager, Marketing and Sales will be responsible for driving strategic marketing and sales initiatives to position Nile Online asa leader in the digital education space, in alignment with the strategic goals of Honoris United Universities.
He/she is expected to:
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve the organization’s revenue and studentacquisition goals.
- Provide strategic leadership in planning and executing innovative campaigns to promote Nile Digital Education programs acrossvarious channels.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to completion, ensuring alignment withbusiness objectives and brand guidelines.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, leveraging advanced market research and competitive analysis to refine strategies and gain acompetitive edge.
- Establish robust lead generation mechanisms to drive engagement and ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of impactful marketing assets and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and enhance ROI.
- Act as a key business partner in aligning marketing and sales efforts with the broader goals of Honoris United Universities.
- Represent Nile Online at relevant events, conferences, and networking platforms to strengthen industry presence and foster relationships.
Qualification & Experience
- A Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role leading successful campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, developing marketing plans, and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent command of the English language – both spoken and written.
