Responsibilities

• Manage overseas bank card operations, focusing on user engagement for cardholders within overseas payment apps.
• Drive user growth by understanding product features and researching local user needs through targeted operational strategies.
• Optimize user experience and conversion rates through data analysis, market research, and performance tracking.
• Enhance product awareness by leveraging local user insights and aligning them with product characteristics.
• Develop effective partnerships with local institutions and social media channels, exploring organic/owned media pathways for user acquisition and conversion.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in operations OR a Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• Analytical Skills: Highly data-sensitive with proven ability to analyze data effectively.
• Collaboration & Drive: Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills with strong initiative and project ownership.
• Preferred: Experience working in/with large-scale internet companies.
