Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Job Description:
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Ability to interface with regulatory bodies
- Ability to follow up with registration requirement etc.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Marketing, Social Science or relevant field with 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
- High-level communication / Interpersonal skills
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Proposal Writing
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
- Interpersonal skills, out going
- Use of Microsoft office and suites.
