Telvida Systems Limited is a specialist IT and telecommunications solution integrator. We help clients plan, build and support end-to-end collaborative solution (telephony, video, messaging and data) to achieve their business goals.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales support for pre-qualified opportunities for all products.
  • Craft and Deliver technical presentations of offerings to new potential customers.
  • Conduct technical working sessions to jointly architect solutions to business problems leveraging the Telvida Solution with prospective new customers.
  • Remain up-to-date on Telvida solutions and products and maintain familiarity and adherence to all company methods and procedures.
  • Mentor team members through observation of their work and develop learning plans to improve their abilities, skills and knowledge of the Telvida platform, sales engineering strategies, and client facing skills.
  • Work with sales management to drive sales through process optimizing, team training, and development of a culture of collaboration, learning, and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 0 – 3 years work experience.

Remuneration

  • The role has a base salary, as well as commission-based.
