JOB TITLE: Operations Manager
JOB LOCATION: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
JOB DETAILS:
- Overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions
- Design, plan, control performance improvement and operating strategy
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the implementation of IT systems.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Computer Science, and related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a financial services industry
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability.
