JOB TITLE: Accountant
JOB LOCATION: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by accurately posting to the accounting software.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Ensure all bank statements are correctly reconciled.
- Co-ordinate disbursement of petty cash and posting same to the accounting software.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years work experience.
