Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Download of bank statements
- Preparation of daily bank balances for all banks
- Ensuring board receives the balances prepared on a daily basis
- Preparation of payment instruction letters to the bank as at when required.
- Attending to customer complaints as regards deposits and lodgement via email
- Attending to charge-back complain from customers
- Daily sorting and posting of remittances, charges and expenses into SAGE 50
- Liaising with account officers concerning bank related issues
- Carry out all other activities that may be assigned to me on a regular basis.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related courses
- Excellent working knowledge of computers specifically Microsoft office packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Accounting software such as SAGE a will be an added advantage
- Should be at the professional level of ICAN
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
Experience: 4 years
