JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator
JOB LOCATION: Yaba, Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
- Virtual Clinic booth / Tele-consultation desk deployment – (for Globacom and prospective clients)
- Client engagement – IT Requirements gathering
- IT team (Dubai and Egypt) relations for client requirements
- Reporting
- Proposals/Pitch decks in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- CSR/Medical Outreaches by HC or in collaboration with 3rd Party.
- Analyze risk and opportunity of a project
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Qualifications
- First Degree BSc or HND
- Experienced in Project Management is a pre-requisite.
Requirements:
- Understand project management, from conception to delivery
- Detail oriented
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Zoho or Trello).
