Mopheth Nigeria Limited is a leading departmental store focused on meeting needs and providing quality and innovative products and services to her customers. We currently serve customers around the city from locations in Victoria Island, Lekki and Festac.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Baker
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use.
- Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough.
- Bake different bread types.
- Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking.
- Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies.
- Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries.
- Recommend recipes to renew our menu and attract more customers (e.g. gluten-free or vegan desserts).
- Track food supplies and place orders, as needed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification.
- 3-5 years working experience in baking.
