Job Description
- Serve as a facilitator for digital process innovation for the group
- In consultation with the CEO of Holdco and Technology leads for the subsidiaries, implement IT and digital roadmaps/strategies that are aligned to the group strategy
- Map current digital capabilities to strategic priorities of both FSDH HoldCo. and its subsidiaries
- Facilitate and monitor the transformation of the operating model for FSDH HoldCo. and its subsidiaries into a technology- driven financial services company
- Identify “quick-wins” both to test for consumer preferences but also to transform the FSDH Group culture and approach to technology
- Document, monitor and report on the group’s FINTECH Programme; and build-out of technology-oriented products, solutions and services.
- Identify opportunities to drive economies of scale that digital capabilities enable for the group
- Monitor and report on the digital and technology project portfolio
- Identify and recommend manual processes to be replaced with technology that drive both cost savings and revenue generation. Measure new efficiencies and ROI
- Identify and or drive innovative IT initiatives, change and process improvement
- Provide and maintain Status Reporting on digital strategy, IT systems, service delivery, incident management, IT Contracts and SLA compliance and fulfilment levels with substantive and concise key performance / risk indicators and tracking thereof for HoldCo. ExCo and HoldCo. board of directors.
- Tracking high priority initiatives for the executive and identifying any obstacles
- Communicating initiative status to the executive, pulling in other executives or team members as necessary
- Connecting teams that are working on similar initiatives
- Pulling together and managing project teams that require input from multiple areas within the company Strategic Initiatives
- Identifying and taking on ad hoc strategic projects as directed by CEO
- Researching new ideas and business opportunities
- Providing decision support through data gathering, information analyzing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders
- Drafting speeches and presentations.
Job Experience
- A minimum of 7 years experience in similar role
- Relevant Certifications.
