We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Partner Success Officer (Intern)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Internship
Job Description
- Manage drivers assigned to the business
- Drive the automation of trips for the business
- Drive the automation of trips for the business
- Drive the automation of trips for the business
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to assigned client concerns and needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests
- Manage and retain relationships with existing partners
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning client behaviour to understand changing needs
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum HND educational qualification
- Minimum of 1 year cognate experience
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal relationship management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Should live around Oregun Ikeja, Mushin, Ilupeju, Maryland
