Job Description

• We’re on the lookout for an experienced Team Leader who will be responsible for achievement of set sales turnover in a given territory and effective management of sales staff to realize maximum product availability at all times at the least possible cost.
• Execute programs and ensure high standards on customer management and retail execution.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Sales management: Achievement of set sales objectives
• Account managementt and alignment
• Continously driving operatinal excellence
• Effective people management and mangement of self
• Effective Administration.

Requirements
What are we looking for?

• 3 years’ or more experience in the FMCG industry as a senior sales representative
• Degree, Higher or Basic Diploma in Sales & Marketing or relevant field
• Valid driver’s license
• Customer Service Skills
• Communication Skills (verbal & written).
