Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 – 3 years work experience.
• A passion for the recruitment industry, with a strong awareness of current market conditions
• Previous experience in recruitment industry
• The flair to attract and select the markets best candidates
• Superior relationship building skills with both existing and new clients
• The ability to work as a 360 degree recruiter
• Self motivated with a desire to run your own temp desk.
• It is essential that the successful applicant is computer literate.
• You must havea high attention to detail and deliver accurate work.
• A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• You must also possess a confident, pleasant manner and have a pro-active and professional approach to your work as well as being committed to meeting deadlines.
