Job Requirements
- Minimum of an O’level Certificate.
- A Certificate from Culinary Arts, Pastry-Making, Baking or related field.
- 2 – 5 years experience working in the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker or relevant role.
- Artistic ability to create desserts.
- Keen attention to detail
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment
Responsibilities
- Preparing ingredients,baking and handlingkitchen equipment.
- Creating pastries and baked goods.
- Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure aesthetic and tasty presentation.
- Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
- Ordering new supplies, ingredients and equipment for the pastry
- Ensure the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
