Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Eng or related qualifications with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Ability to do estimate.
- Manage Projects.
- Experience in on-site project cost supervision.
- Sound Knowledge of construction process.
- Extensive market knowledge of construction material and products.
- Proficiency in excel and other construction cost management softwares.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
