Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. And experience in Manufacturing industry
- Experience in related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR and factory
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company and ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law
- Collaborating with other managers in the business and ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.
- Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way.
