Job Requirements

• B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or any relevant Degree
• 8-10 years’ graduate/chartered experience as an accountant in a manufacturing company.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Hands-on experience with accounting software e.g. Tally ERP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Preferred candidate must be chartered and should not be more than 35 years as at last birthday.
• Adequate knowledge of accounting procedures mainly banking, accounts payable and preparing of monthly MIS.
• Exposure of working in VAT, WHT and Payee.
• Meeting the auditors and preparing of schedules.
• Conversant with MS Office – Excel, Word and Power Point.
