Job Requirements

• Minimum of Trade Test, ND Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Previous experience working in an Estate facility Maintenance accompany or similar environment (preferred).
• Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Innovative
• Pro-active and reliable
• Practical maintenance experience
• Able to work alone and within a team
• Health & Safety
• Experience in fault finding;
• Experience in managing and monitoring contractors;
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, word, and outlook);
• Experience in plant and pool maintenance;
• The ability to prepare and submit correspondence and reports.
