Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with an HR specialization and at least 2 years of experience in Talent Management, ideally in a global office environment
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Willingness to work on process improvement and performance management
• Strong affinity with data and how to transform it into insights
• Collective Mindset and ability to work with more than 4 different regions
• Required analysis skills and communication skills
• Willingness to work on HR process / Kpi’s / Performance
• Ability to provide leadership and motivate staff, building engagement with the people strategy​.
