Job Title: Business Development Manager

About The People Practice: Our client, an IT company with interest in the financial, energy, education, telecom, and government sectors.
Job Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and five (5) years’ relevant experiencein a strategic role in the banking/payments/fintech space preferrable.
- Experience and demonstrated success in B2B business development.
- Leadership experience either in leading a team or being autonomous and have taken ownership of sales targets in previous roles.
- Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to create aswell as deliver effective presentations.
- Manages self and others to provide exceptional client service by responding with a sense of urgency,practicality, accountability, and integrity.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires critical thinking and strong analytical skills
- Expert in CRM, ideally Freshdesk.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong customer service and retail background are pluses.
