Job Title: HR / Training Manager

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

 About Brit Property Nigeria Limited: Brit Property Nigeria Limited RC1404978 is a property development company incorporated in Nigeria by Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 and that the Company is limited by Shares. Our primary business interests are land, infrastructure/property development, land survey, property marketing, and estate agency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field. Professional certification such as CIPM/CIPD is an advantage.
  • A minimum of Five (5) years experience in training and development management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
  • Thorough understanding of training processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must reside within the island (Lekki-Ajah).
