Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration
• 6+ years of experience in facility management
• Exceptional supervision, project management, cost management and problem-solving skills
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, and all facets of property operation and building management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
