Job Requirements
- First Degree in Computer Science or an IT equivalent degree
- Practitioner Certificate in ITIL – IT Service Transition
Experience:
3 – 7 years experience which includes:
- Experience in a medium-sized organization
- Experience IT Service Support and Delivery Experience
- Experience in Service Management
- Minimum 1 year Change Management Experience
- Project management Experience
- Experience dealing with change management issues
- Experience working with a range of service providers
- ITSM Tools knowledge – BMC Remedy preferred
- Understanding of service delivery and service support environments
