About Applied Engineering Technology Initiative: Applied Engineering Technology Initiative (AETI) – We are an engineering consulting company, whose focus has been on rendering the following services: Technical Training, Recruitment of technical Personnel, Outsourcing of Technical Personnel and rendering engineering consulting services to the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, engineering services, Hospitality Industry, etc.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of First Degree in Human Resource, Personnel Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or other related courses.
- Minimum of six (6) years of related experience.
- Strong business development skills in a target-driven environment are compulsory.
- Experience working within a consultancy or client services environment.
- Relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Proven work experience as a Learning/HR Executive.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Passion to learn and impart knowledge and skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relations with employees and external parties.
- Ability to schedule and coordinate training sessions to ensure knowledge is learned by identified timelines
- Strong consulting, communication, and influencing skills, including confidence in managing key stakeholders.
