 About Applied Engineering Technology Initiative: Applied Engineering Technology Initiative (AETI) – We are an engineering consulting company, whose focus has been on rendering the following services: Technical Training, Recruitment of technical Personnel, Outsourcing of Technical Personnel and rendering engineering consulting services to the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, engineering services, Hospitality Industry, etc.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of First Degree in Human Resource, Personnel Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or other related courses.
• MBA in HRM will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of Ten (10) years related experience especially in Training Institutions.
• Relevant Professional Certification is highly desirable.
• Strong business development skills in a target driven environment is compulsory Experience of working within a consultancy or client services environment.
• Proven ability to develop curriculum from concept to fruition, meeting Partner objectives and deadlines.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate training classes to ensure knowledge is learned by identified timelines.
• In-depth understanding of adult learning principles and training philosophies to ensure utilization of a variety of vehicles which leads to increased knowledge retention.
• Development of training programs based on needs assessment results or identified service opportunity preferred
• Shown expertise using instructional methods and training techniques, including curriculum design principles and blended learning strategies.
• Experience handling multiple projects under tight time constraints.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with experience of drafting detailed
• Strong consulting, communication and influencing skills, including confidence in managing key stakeholders.
