About Applied Engineering Technology Initiative: Applied Engineering Technology Initiative (AETI) – We are an engineering consulting company, whose focus has been on rendering the following services: Technical Training, Recruitment of technical Personnel, Outsourcing of Technical Personnel and rendering engineering consulting services to the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, engineering services, Hospitality Industry, etc.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of First Degree in Human Resource, Personnel Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or other related courses.
- MBA in HRM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of Ten (10) years of related experience.
- Relevant Professional Certification is highly desirable.
- Strong business development skills in a target-driven environment are compulsory.
- Experience working within an HR Consultancy or client services environment.
- Has significant experience in supporting and advising managers across a range of HR issues including complex casework and projects.
- Has significant experience working with best practice HR policy and procedure and can use best practice HR principles and draw on broad experience to deliver commercially focused results for clients.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with experience in drafting detailed reports and outcome letters which effectively pulls together a broad set of data, with the ability to effectively structure a document and construct an argument.
- Strong consulting, communication, and influencing skills, including confidence in managing key stakeholders.
- Can think independently and can apply best practice HR to a variety of straightforward and complex situations.
