Job Requirements

• HND / BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
• MBA/MSc in related discipline is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications e.g., Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), Project Management, Systems Administration, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or its equivalent is required.
• Experience required: 8-10 years relevant experience with at least 4 years in a similar IT leadership role.
• Skills required – IT Security, Problem Solving, Interpersonal Communication, Network Administration & Support, IT Service Desk & Support, Hardware Support, Innovation and Creativity, Data Analytics & Management, Leadership and People Management, Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Planning & Disaster Recovery, Business Process Improvement etc.
• Knowledge Required -: Hardware repair; Server Administration; Cloud Computing; Market & Industry Knowledge; Inventory Software Management; Retail Management Systems; Data science; Cyber security etc.
