Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years proven experience as a Business Development Manager preferably in an Energy company.
- Proven track record of closing big businesses and driving revenues
- Experience in planning and budgeting.
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
- Ability to build business relationships.
- Ability to build and lead teams.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Must be a team player and self driven.
