 Job Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Estate Management.
• Must have at least 5 years cognate experience in practice.
• Must have good leadership and Managerial qualities.
• Must have headed a branch or unit of a reputable Estate Firm for a minimum of two (2) years
• An associate member of NIESV is an added advantage.
• Experience using surveying tools.
• Strong math skills.
• Good Presentation Skill.
• Sales and Marketing Skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency with CAD software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent leadership skills.
