Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / NCE / OND qualification with 1 – 3 years of work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.
- Proven customer service experience as a manager with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
- Acute financial management skills.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
