Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Membership in the Bar Association is required.
5 – 10 years work experience.
Experience: Proven experience as a Legal Associate or similar role, preferably with exposure to the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of logistics laws and regulations, contract law, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
Contract Management: Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, external partners, and legal authorities.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess legal risks and propose effective solutions.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in legal documents and compliance matters.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Team Player: A collaborative and supportive team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ethical Standards: High ethical standards and a commitment to upholding confidentiality and integrity.
